From Santa Lucia
Rail-Station
From the Train Station to My Home:

When you exit the Santa Lucia train station, you'll be facing the Grand Canal. From there, you can catch one of the many Vaporetti (water buses) heading to Lido (take LINE 1, 5.1, or 5.2).
When you arrive at Lido, get off at the last stop. Once you disembark, take the bus to San Nicolò. Please let the driver know you want to get off at the last stop. The bus will turn around at a roundabout near a hotel called Victoria Palace.
Get off at the roundabout and walk along the street next to the lagoon. On your right, you’ll find a street called Via Sanmichieli. Turn onto that street, and you'll soon see a red building.

From Marco Polo Airport
From Marco Polo Airport to My Home:

Option 1: By ALILAGUNA Vaporetto (Boat)

You can take the Vaporetto (water bus) from the airport to Lido. Simply ask for the Vaporetto heading to Lido of Venice.

When you arrive at Lido, get off at the last stop. Once you disembark, take the bus to San Nicolò.

Ask the driver to indicate when you reach the last stop (there's a roundabout and a hotel called Victoria Palace; at this point, the bus will reverse).

Get off at the roundabout and walk along the street next to the lagoon. Soon, you will find a street on your right labeled Via Sanmichieli.

Walk along this street, and you’ll soon see a red building—it’s number 11.

Option 2: By Bus to Piazzale Roma and Vaporetto to Lido

From Marco Polo Airport, you can take the bus to Venice Piazzale Roma.

From Piazzale Roma, take the Vaporetto (water bus) to Lido. Take LINE 1, 5.1, or 5.2.

When you arrive at Lido, get off at the last stop. Take the street on your left along the lagoon towards San Nicolò.

You will arrive at a roundabout near the Victoria Palace hotel.

Get off at the roundabout and continue walking along the lagoon. Soon, you’ll see a street on your right labeled Via Sanmichieli.

Enter the street, and you will quickly find a red building—it’s number 11.
From Treviso
Airport

From Treviso Airport to My Home:

It’s easy to reach us from Treviso Airport!

When you’re on the plane, bus tickets are usually available for purchase, or you can buy your bus ticket at Treviso Airport. The bus will take you to Piazzale Roma in Venice.

Once you arrive at Piazzale Roma, take the Vaporetto (water bus) to Lido. You can take LINE 1, 5.1, or 5.2.

When you arrive at Lido, get off at the last stop. Afterward, take the bus to San Nicolò.

Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the last stop (you will see a roundabout and a hotel called Victoria Palace, at which point the bus will reverse).

Get off at the roundabout and walk along the street by the lagoon. On your right, you’ll find a street labeled Via Sanmichieli.

Enter the street, and soon you will see a red building—it’s number 11.
By Car
By Car to My Home (From the Liberty Bridge, Venice):

You can easily reach the house by car from Lido.

Once you're on the Liberty Bridge in Venice, follow the signs for the Lido Ferry. This will take you to Tronchetto Island, where the ferry station is located.

The ferry ride is relatively quick and offers spectacular views as you pass in front of Venice.

Once you arrive at Lido by ferry, get off and immediately turn left. Cross a small bridge, and you’ll find a church on your right, followed by the police station. Continue past the roundabout, and you'll see the Victoria Palace Hotel.

Continue straight along the lagoon, and shortly after, you’ll see Via Sanmichieli on your right. Turn into that street, and you’ll soon find a red building—it’s number 11.
